To begin using our service, you will first need to create a free account. You can sign up by visiting the link here: https://app.ehygienics.com/user/register
You will be notified by e-mail you are registered, then you can log into your account using the link: https://app.ehygienics.com/
02 Scrub Validate e-mail addresses
Log into your account and you will see the dashboard:
You are now ready to scrub the first file:
In the left menu go to Files, then choose Scrub new file.
Drag and drop your list from your local drive into the dotted area.
If your file contains multicolumn records, check the multicolumn checkbox and choose the correct separator
Choose the scrubbing options unchecking the suppression categories what you don’t need to be checked ( all options are enabled by default ), then click on “Upload and scrub” button
You will be notified by e-mail when your file is cleaned.
When you create your account, we also create a new FTP account for you.
You can scrub files stored in the dirty directory of your FTP account:
Upload your file ( files ) into the dirty directory of your account using any FTP client ( Filezilla, Cyberduck, etc ), then log into your account at https://app.ehygienics.com, then go to Files – FTP files. The system will fetch the files from your FTP account and you see there:
Click on scrub then you can choose the scrubbing options and start scrub.
When your file is cleaned up, you will be notified by e-mail and you can also find the results in the clean directory of your FTP.
